Suzy Kolber was is a native of Suzanne Lisa Kolber in Philadelphia Pennsylvania on 14th May 1964 to a Jewish Family. The age she is now is the age of 58. Sandra Kolber was her mother, and Gene Kolber was her father. She went to Sandy Run Middle School in Dresher Pennsylvania and is a 1982 graduate of Penn's Upper Dublin High School. She received an Associate of Arts in Telecommunications from The University of Miami, in 1986. While in her undergrad years, she landed the job as a sports director at Dynamic in Coral Gables Florida. The company also hired her at Dynamic Cable for a couple of years from 1984 until 1986. During this period she was also part of the water ski team at The University of Miami. Plaza played in Wilmington's community theater, acting as director and performing one-act plays. When she moved to New York City, Plaza attended the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University and attended improv class within The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. In 2006 she graduated with a master's degree in production of television and film. The year 2006 was the year she suffered an accident at the age of 20 which left her with a temporary expressive aphasia.
